La Novia del Sol Arbequina Olives, imported from Spain. Small and ranging from a light to dark brown, these arbequinas are noted for their soft meat and slightly nutty flavor. Typical of the Catalonia region (while also grown in Aragon), arbequinas derive their name from the village of Arbeca in the province of Lerida, where they are cultivated. Often served as a table olive along with pan tumaca, oven-roasted bread slices spread with tomato and olive oil. Also an ingredient in salads and fish dishes. These olives have pits.
Served as a tapa, with salad or pasta, arbequina olives are sure to remind you of Spain.

I could not stop thinking about them they are fresh and have this nutty flavor. So as soon as I got home I started looking locally where to find them. Then I found this website and ordered some.. ohhh its just like I had in Spain. They are wonderful and now i have my little stash for whenever I get the olive urge.
