La Pedriza Non Pareil Capers, imported from Spain. This ancient ingredient is the unopened flower bud of
the thorny caper bush (Capparis Spinosa) used to flavor cuisine throughout the Mediterranean. These
capers are all handpicked, cleaned and fermented in brine prior to strict sizing and packing in a high quality
wine vinegar. Capers are available in a variety of sizes, with the smallest the most sought after for their
flavor and aroma. Such capers are non pareil, or without peer. Spanish capers have a brighter, fresher
taste than capers from other countries.
